The dataset employed for this project contained 2,340 rows and 10 columns.
Healthmate: Health Tracker
Tableau dashboard focusing on health data derived from sleep patterns and calorie intake, offering insights into the comparison between calorie consumption and expenditure.

Additionally, it provides an overview of average sleep duration within each sleep category throughout the entire dataset. This project utilized a dataset comprising 93 rows and 12 columns.
